What is FSSAI?

Renewal and Validity of FSSAI License

Your FSSAI license is valid for a period of one to five years. Form A or Form B must be used to apply for the renewal of the food license (renewal of the FSSAI license) no later than thirty days after the present registration expires. If you apply after the deadline, you will be assessed a late fee of ₹100 for each day your application was delayed. When the food license expires, the business owner must cease all ongoing commercial activities on the property.
